Provide advanced digital design skills, web design and construction, including desktop publishing, writing/editing, event planning, custom graphics, photo restoration, and image research and licensing. Recent projects include:

Alameda Reuse and Redevelopment Authority
Executive Assistant to the Executive Director:Draft and edit correspondence and reports; maintain and coordinate schedule; prepare expense reports.
ARRA Board Secretary:Act as liaison between City of Alameda staff, reuse authority members, EBCRC, county officials, and executive director; assist in drafting staff reports and resolutions for ARRA and City Council; prepare agendas and information packets for ARRA meetings; edit and format correspondence, staff reports, grant proposals, and other written materials as requested by senior staff, record meetings and compose minutes.
Office Manager:Manage office operations; supervise receptionist, department secretary, and BRAG secretary; check invoices for accuracy and process; maintain and implement ARRA procedures. Career Alliance—Perform all facets of executive assistant positions.

Synergic Resources Corporation
Coordinate all aspects of office operation; provide support to Sr. Vice President, Director, and consultants; edit and format all reports, proposals, and correspondence to ensure the highest quality; create complex presentations by integrating graphics, spreadsheets, graphs, and text; write and administer Injury and Illness Prevention Program; maintain complex, constantly changing international travel schedules (insure most timely and cost-effective flights, research hotels, arrange/confirm meetings, and anticipate and provide for meeting/presentation needs); handle high-pressure situations with tact, humor, and diplomacy, always remaining sensitive to foreign social conventions; exhibit a high degree of professionalism in handling sensitive and highly confidential reports for worldwide power utilities.

Copeland’s Sports
Research, organize, and write a complete set of policies and procedures governing all facets of store operation; develop Excel spreadsheet capable of tracking store sales/expense and profit/loss figures for 42 stores on weekly, monthly, and year-to-date basis; design and institute reports, forms, and specialized filing systems to increase efficiency, communication, and professionalism; act as liaison between stores and corporate headquarters; supervise administration of highly confidential loss prevention program; resolve difficult customer complaints; plan and coordinate managers’ conferences (travel arrangements, conference site selection, menus, catering, equipment needs, and social events).

Ross Stores, Inc.
Develop yearly department budgets and track monthly; manage budgets for capital building projects; reorganize Corporate Travel Policy; write various other policies and procedures; develop The Ross Traveler, an informative travel policy summary booklet; write the Ross Correspondence Manual and Style Guide to insure uniformity and professionalism in company communications; establish and direct a company-wide forms review committee.

Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco
Maintain active appointment calendar; handle high-pressure phone calls; compose routine correspondence; prepare department budgets and financial reports; make travel and hotel arrangements; and provide word processing support for department managers.

The E.A.G.L.E. Foundation
Plan and organize fund raisers and publicity events; coordinate over 200 volunteers; research, write, and produce a slide presentation to illustrate school district problems; manage productive professional relationships with high-level state and county government officials, community leaders, and corporate executives; help draft provisions to a school bond issue to provide multipurpose rooms for California schools. The bond issue passed and the Calaveras County schools received the necessary funding.
Received the PTA’s Honorary Service Awardfor obtaining multipurpose rooms for five Calaveras Unified School District schools.
